Die Einschraubmuffe IVAR.MP 5736 in der Größe 22x20/2 (Artikelnummer 512116MPC) verbindet zwei Presssysteme: an einer Seite das mehrschichtige Rohr ALPEX 20x2, an der anderen Seite ein Kupferrohr oder ein IVAR.C-STEEL-Stahlrohr mit einem Außendurchmesser von 22 mm. Beide Seiten werden gepresst, wodurch die Verbindung keinen Zwischenring benötigt.

Die Einschraubmuffe eignet sich überall dort, wo in einem Verteiler das ALPEX-Rohr mit Kupfer- oder Stahlpressrohren verbunden wird. Jede Seite muss mit der Zange des richtigen Profils und der richtigen Größe gepresst werden; das ALPEX-Rohr ist vor dem Aufstecken senkrecht abzuschneiden, zu kalibrieren und zu entgraten.
