Die Platte IVAR.ST 30 AL (Artikelnummer ST30AL) ist eine wärmedämmende Systemplatte für den trockenen System der Heizflächenheizung. Sie eignet sich überall dort, wo Betonunterböden oder Selbstnivelliermörtel nicht oder nicht sinnvoll eingesetzt werden können – bei Sanierungen, bei denen der Estrich die Konstruktion übermäßig belasten würde, in Holzbauten, die auf Feuchtigkeit sensibel reagieren, oder bei geringer verfügbaren konstruktiven Höhe.
Eigenschaften der Platte
- Dicke 30 mm, Format und nutzbarer Maß 1200 × 600 mm = 0,72 m²
- für Rohre PE-RT 16 × 2 mm mit Verlegeabstand 150 mm
- die 100–200 µm dicke Oberflächenaluminiumschicht verteilt die Wärme über die Fläche
- Isolierung EPS 300: Wärmeleitfähigkeit λD 0,0318 W/mK, Wärmewiderstand RD 0,95 m²K/W
- Reaktion auf Feuer Klasse E, gemäß DIN EN 13163
Bauweise des Bodens
Auf die Platte werden Boden-Gipsfaserplatten gelegt – der Hersteller empfiehlt die Typen Fermacell oder Knauf mit Dicke 25 mm, auf die keramische Fliesen geklebt werden können. Unter Laminat reicht eine Gipsfaserplatte mit Dicke 12,5 mm. Wenn eine möglichst geringe Bauhöhe erforderlich ist, ermöglicht das System mit 20 mm Platte ST20AL eine konstruktive Höhe von insgesamt 45 mm ohne Endauskleidung. Auf stabilem und tragfähigem Untergrund kann keramische Fliese auch direkt auf die Platte gelegt werden. Im Vergleich zur 20 mm Platte hat ST30AL einen höheren Wärmewiderstand (0,95 gegenüber 0,65 m²K/W).
