Wofür wird er verwendet?
Die Kombination IVAR.CS 657 verteilt Heiz- oder Kühlwasser auf einzelne Kreise bzw. Stränge und sammelt es wieder. Sie ist für Heiz- und Kühlsysteme sowie für industrielle Anwendungen mit hohem Volumenstrom ausgelegt. Diese Ausführung hat 11 Abgänge und Körper in DN 50 mit seitlichen Anschlüssen 2".

- Körper aus Edelstahl AISI 316L mit hoher Korrosionsbeständigkeit
- Abgänge mit Innengewinde 1" F im Achsabstand von 100 mm
- seitliche Anschlüsse mit Innengewinde 2" F und 1" F
- Gewinde nach ISO 228/1
- farbliche Kennzeichnung: Vorlauf am Verteiler, Rücklauf am Sammler
- Achsabstand zwischen Verteiler und Sammler frei wählbar
- Medium Wasser oder Gemisch mit bis zu 30 % Glykol
Montage
Die Kombination wird zerlegt geliefert; im Lieferumfang sind Verteilerkörper, Sammlerkörper und Befestigungskonsolen. Die Abgänge sind unbestückt und lassen sich projektbezogen mit Absperr- oder Regelarmaturen ausstatten. Nach dem Zusammenbau und dem Nachziehen der Verbindungen sind eine Druckprüfung und eine Dichtheitskontrolle durchzuführen. Der Vorlauf wird an der mit IN (rot), der Rücklauf an der mit OUT (blau) gekennzeichneten Seite angeschlossen. Die Körper dürfen nicht mit übermäßigem Drehmoment belastet werden.
Dieselbe Kombination wird mit 2 bis 12 Abgängen gefertigt, auch in der Ausführung 6/4" x 1" F.

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders.
